We are a Hawkes Bay based landscape construction company that can cover many facets of outdoor construction, decking and tiling. We can work with you right from the planning and design phase through to the construction, planting, and any ongoing required maintenance. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, functional landscapes that we know you will love and enjoy for years to come.

A beautiful landscape begins with a beautiful design. While Jensen Projects focuses on construction we do love to be involved in the early stages of the process and we find there are several options when working through the perfect design.
If you already have an idea in mind for your space we can explore and work through this further together, (utilising our experience from 15 years of working in landscaping) and adapt for your budget.
If you are looking for a landscaping plan/drawings, have a larger landscape or would like a unique design we suggest working with a Landscape Designer / Architect, during which we can be available for any construction related guidance along the way.
Lastly, if you already have finalised landscape plans we can simply take it from there and look after all elements of the construction process for you.

This is where we shine. We have extensive experience in building and managing large and small scale outdoor projects, using a vast array of materials and required expertise.
We can project manage the full landscape construction process, offering a complete solution from start to finish. We organise any other trades that are required making it an easy and stress free process for you.
We take the time to plan and schedule the construction process to ensure we work efficiently, complete everything to the highest standard, and deliver on timelines and budget.
Our team truly puts in the ‘ground work’ in the early stages of the project, perfecting the foundations and pre-planning, to ensure everything has been thoroughly thought out with the full landscape in mind. We understand the immense importance of this stage to ensure that our landscapes stand the test of time and are completed to an impeccable standard.
Importantly we are also very aware that we are in your space and we ensure that throughout the building process our team is respectful, tidy and courteous.
If you are a builder, you can hire us to work with you on any required outdoor spaces. We have lot’s of experience working on new builds, ensuring the landscape is delivered to your budget and schedule.

At Jensen Projects we strive to build landscapes with the future in mind. We love to see them grow and flourish, and our involvement doesn't have to stop once the construction is complete. We select plants and materials and build in a way that your garden will continue to look great for years to come.
If you love being in the garden as much as we do and enjoy doing your own garden care, we are available to consult on any matters you may have. Alternatively, we do also offer ongoing regular professional garden care/maintenance. We can also monitor and schedule automated watering systems, or complete any required occasional maintenance to ensure your garden is looking its best year round.
What we can do.
Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in the field and can tackle most facets of Landscape Construction, including but not limited to; paving, tiling, pool coping and surrounds, decking, timber screens and timber work, concrete features and furniture, retaining walls, planting, turfing, automated irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, drainage, fencing, outdoor fire places/fire pits, and more. We also offer garden/landscaping maintenance.
